Canalway Field Trip
Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
Leader: Chuck Slusarczyk, Jr.
21 Birders, 30 species
The Ohio and Erie Canal Reservation of Cleveland Metroparks has a
variety of habitats, but what we experienced most of all on this
field trip was rain! Nonetheless, 21 birders persevered and observed
30 species, including 150 American Robins and a Northern
Mockingbird. The trip finished with a pleasant time reviewing the
list at Canalway Center, and lunch at Yours Truly on Canal Rd.
Thanks Rich and Karen Kassouf for sending our list to eBird.
